COMPOSITION OF
PARTY
1. The property can accommodate a maximum of 12 people
plus 2 infants aged 2 or less.
The passport numbers of all of your party must be supplied for police
registration purposes.
2. Should the party at any time (either at check in or
during the holiday) exceed 12 persons, an automatic penalty of double
the safety deposit will be applied. Any extra guest exceeding the total
number of 12 will be requested to leave the property at the owner's
discretion
3. A maximum number of 6 children (aged 12 or less)
including no more than 2 infants (aged 2 or less) may stay at the
property.
CHECK-IN, DEPOSIT AND CHECK-OUT
4. You may check in between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm, at the
time supplied by you to your booking agency. Please contact the agency
and/or owner if you are delayed en route and will not arrive at the time
you have told the agency. A surcharge of 50 euro will be payable if
check-in occurs after 7.00 pm. Check-in will not be permitted after
10.00 pm. At check-in the contents and functions of the property and its
facilities will be explained and all necessary meters will be read.
5. You must pay a deposit of 3,000 euro on check-in. It
will be returned on check-out in full, subject to deduction for damage
caused and/or payment for additional services. It may be paid in cash or
double-signed travelers' cheques (euro, or US$ or GB£ equivalent) or by
a personal cheque drawn on a euro or GB£ account. Personal cheques
drawn on US$ accounts will not be accepted.
6. Check-out is by 10.00 am but you may check out the
previous day if you have to leave early. You must pay for all damage
caused and additional services used no later than check-out.
INCLUDED COSTS
7. Cleaning: 4 hours per day 6 days per week between 09.00
am and 13.00 pm. On request different times can be arranged.
8. Breakfast preparation in the morning
9. All utilities: electricity consumption only up to 400
Kwh per week
10. Linen and towel change, including pool towels: weekly.
11. Pool cleaning.
12. Final cleaning.
SERVICES AT ADDITIONAL COST
13. Telephone: there is a normal telephone at the property
charged according to the reading provided by 4717 Telecom Italia number
. This includes narrowband internet access.
14. Heating: 400 Euro per week
15. Air conditioning: included in charge for electricity.
16. Electricity: consumption in excess of 400 Kwh charged
at 0.42 euro per Kwh. The following additional services must be
requested prior to arrival:
17. Additional linen and towel change: 20 euro per room
for linen and 15 euro per bathroom for towels.
18. Preparation of meals: 80 euro for the preparation of
lunches and 120 Euro for dinners. The grocery purchase costs payable
upon presentation of shopping receipts. You may be asked for a float
depending on the level of expenses incurred. You should order meals at
least 24 hours in advance. Lunches will be served between 12.00 am and
2.00 pm, and dinners between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm.
19. Baby sitter: dependent upon availability, 15 euro per
hour.
20. Cot/High chair: 20 euro per item.
21. Additional maid service: 12 euro per hour.
22. Groceries: 30 euro plus grocery purchase costs.
23. All extra charges must be paid in cash at the end of
each 7 day period.
USE OF POOL
24. The swimming pool season is from 15/05/2007 to
15/10/2007. The staff do not supervise the swimming pool which must not
be used at night.
USE OF PROPERTY
25. Please report any problem or difficulty or the
malfunctioning of any equipment immediately to the staff and to your
booking agency so that the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
26. Guests staying at La Vigna, have free access to the
private golf course. Details related to the access and the restrictions
to the golf course are contained in a separate document which is found
below
27. You must keep all windows and doors secure at night
and when away from the property.
28. Any damage to the property or its contents must be
reported to a member of staff as soon as possible. Damage will be
evaluated by the owner and charged accordingly.
29. The washing machine/dishwasher/major cooking
appliances may only be used by the staff.
30. Toilets must not be used for the disposal of any
material other than toilet paper.
31. Water and electricity in Italy are precious resources.
Please use them sparingly.
32. Pets are not permitted.
33. Please be aware that you are in the countryside. If
walking outside, be careful of the local flora and fauna.
EMERGENCY
34. In the event that anyone in your party becomes
seriously ill or needs medical assistance, please call 118 immediately
and inform a staff member.
OWNER'S LIABILITY
35. the owner of the property and the staff are not
responsible in any way for any personal injury incurred by anyone in
your party within the property or its grounds. This includes the use of
the pool.
36. The owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to
the guests' valuables or personal items. You are encouraged not to bring
valuables to the property. The Owner may be able to provide safe-keeping
facilities on request.
RULES FOR THE GOLF COURSE
1. OWNER DISCLAIMER OF RESPONSIBILITY: Guests who decide
to play on The Golf Course do this under their total responsibility and
are aware of the risks that this may imply. The owner of La Vigna and of
the Golf Course cannot be held responsible for any injury, accident or
loss of personal items that may result from the use of the Golf Course
from the guests of La Vigna.
2. COURSE RECOGNITION AND INSPECTION: Guests staying at La
Vigna who wish to play on The's Golf course are requested to give prior
notice to the rental agency of their willingness to use the course. The
use of the course implies that that the owner (or delegate) together
with the person who has signed the rental contract make a joint
recognition and inspection of the course and of the appliances which.
This will take at least one hour, and therefore guest wanting to use the
course should allow enough time for this inspection on the day they
check in. The tee off to the golf course is 2.0kms from the villa. The
course is to be reached by car through a private and unpaved road
internal to the estate.
3. HANDICAP: The Golf Course requires that all players
(ladies and gentlemen) have a certified maximum handicap of 36. Players
without a handicap are not allowed.
4. TEE TIMES: Teeing off time reserved for the guest of La
Vigna is from 09:30 am to 6:30 pm.
5. GREEN FEE: Guest sleeping at La Vigna have free access
to the golf course.
6. OUTSIDE VISITORS: The use of the Golf Course is
exclusive to the guests of La Vigna, to the owners of the property and
their friends. If guests at La Vigna have outside visitors who wish to
play on the course they should give a 48 hours notice either to the
owner, the caretaker or the rental agency, informing on number of
visitors that wish to come and play golf. The owner or his delegates
reserves the right not to allow outside visitors to play at The Golf
Course without the need of supplying an explanation. A maximum of 4
outside visitors per day will be allowed play at The Golf Course.
Outside visitors are requested to complain to all rules specified in
this document.
7. DRESS CODE: All players must dress suitably and in
accordance with acceptable golfing attire. Collarless T-shirts are not
permitted.
8. DIVOTS: Guests should be very respectful of the course
and make sure that all Divots are duly and attentively replaced.
9. GOLF CAR: There are two Golf Cars which are at the
guests' disposal (extra charge). It is forbidden to have more than two
passengers at one time. Players under the age of 18 are prohibited from
driving golf cars. Golf cars can be used only on the golf course and are
available at The Farmhouse; batteries must be recharged after use. Guest
are not allowed to use the golf cars to go from the villa to the golf
course and back. The owner or his delegate after the check in will show
to all interested parties where golf cars, golf clubs, golf balls and
scores can be picked up, their functioning, where they must be placed
after use and how to do for re-charching.
10. GOLF CLUBS, TROLLEYS, GOLF BALLS, TEES AND SCORES: The
following items are available at the farmhouse: o 3 set of golf clubs (1
lady, two gentlemen), o 3 trolleys o 3 golf cars. The Rates are the
following: Clubs rental 30 € per day; 100 € per week Normal Trolleys
5 € per day; 15 € per week Cart Rental 40€ per day; 120€ per
week
11. In order to account for the use of the above mentioned
material the owner of La Vigna will leave a registry at the Farmhouse,
where guest are requested to note down the use of the above material
that they will do.
